Our featured Copper House Gallery artist this week is the supremely talented Carol Cronin. Originally from Co. Wicklow and now based in Kerry, Carol Cronin's seascapes capture the power and ever changing moods of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged West Kerry coast.
Having several independent sell-out shows before exhibiting her work with both the Greenlane Gallery (Dingle and Paris) and The Killarney Art Gallery, Carol opened her own gallery in Green Street Dingle in 2005, showing her own work exclusively.
Carol has exhibited extensively on an Irish and international scale, with work shown at the Royal Hibernian Academy, Dublin, Fairfields Hall, London and the AK47 Gallery, Dusseldorf. Her work has been featured on RTÉ and the Discovery channel USA, with commissions from, amongst others, The National Archives of the Netherlands and University College of Cork.
